Background of Experience

    Our department carry out investigations in the field of EPM Technology during last ten years.
    We have found the optimum electrolyte compositions for polishing of different alloys, which contain as the main component the iron, chromium, aluminum, copper, titanium.
    The electrolytes for polishing of the pure metals (copper, silver, gold) was investigated too.
    Technological tricks for the polishing processes, deburring, preparing the surfaces under coating were designed and tested experimentally.
    Lots of sets of the EPM Technology equipment were manufactured and delivered to commercial enterprises of Belarus, Ukrain and Russia.
    The technology was presented in Japan.
